Feed materials into die-cutting machine and ensure proper material flow.

Monitor the quality of the cut sheets, ensuring they meet specified standards and specifications.

Quickly analyze and correct any problems that arise during the cutting process, such as jams, misalignments, or quality issues.

Perform routine maintenance on the die-cutting equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs.

Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Responsible for operating forklifts, pallet jacks, AGVs to move, stack, load or unload materials and products throughout facility warehouse and staging areas.
• Understanding the use of an RF scanner.
• Understanding Production numbers and labels.
• Being able to allocate employees to specific job duties.
• Enforcing company policies and rules while also providing guidance and support to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Communitaion between different department supervisors, to understand a game plan for the day.
• Ensuring proper training to New hires, guaranteeing they are prepared with the essential information and abilities to exceed expectations in their role with the company.
• Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
