● Independently collected histories and conducted full physical examinations for annual assessments and episodic cases under the guidance of a physician, within family and eternal medicine environments
● Ordered and interpreted labs and diagnostics, diagnosed illnesses, created and implemented treatment regimens including prescribing both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical treatments
● Educated patients and families on preventative care, wellness promotion, disease maintenance, proper diet and nutrition
● Assessed patients and provided pre-post op clearances, as well as specialist referrals
● Managed chronic diseases including comorbidities, such as COPD, respiratory failure, sleep apnea, HTN, DM type 1 &2, depression with anxiety, CAD, CHF, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, and obesity
Bond Clinics Pediatrics (120 hours)-
● Collected histories, performed comprehensive physical assessments, well-baby, annual wellness, school, sports and episodic examinations on the pediatric patient under physician’s supervision
● Diagnosed and managed acute and chronic disorders: fevers, RSV, FLU, strep, hand foot and mouth, and ear infections, asthma, ADHD, URI/Bronchitis, UTI, and constipation
● Critically evaluated and used current medical information and scientific evidence for patient care to develop differential diagnoses
