Supervisory Duties: Work with providers and support staff to insure an integrated health care delivery system, that is responsive to patient and community needs. Over 200 medical patients and behavioral health patients come through WHCHC daily. Continuously working to collaborate care between Medical providers and BH providers. Supervise (22) clinical staff which include, RN's, LPN's, medical assistants, medical records, prescription dept, and referrals dept.
