Seasonal Position

• Dual role as Site Coordinator
• Observes, provides feedback, and supports teachers in reaching goals based on Danielson Framework
• Creates schedules for tutors and respective scholars at two sites (Grades Pre K-8)
• Administrative responsibilities for rosters, schedules, and assessments in iReady & Pearl

Part-time Position

• Creates rigorous, standard-aligned assessments

Current Administrative Responsibilities:

• Support and/or coach new and experienced teachers with the implementation of the curriculum
• Facilitate Professional Development Sessions

Previous Administrative Responsibilities as Instructional Leader:

• Planned future modifications and gradual implementation of the school model as a member of the Middle School Redesign/Leadership Team.
• Presented several Professional Developments, including school-wide lesson plan format.
• Coordinated & facilitated Back to School Night, Parent Teacher Conferences, Black History Month programming, field trips, and Student of the Month Awards (as SWPBS designee).
• Assisted in creating the daily schedule.

As Lead Teacher, After School Program

• Created curriculum, monitored student progress, created schedules, hired staff, conducted observations, facilitated professional development sessions, managed payroll, maintained and analyzed student attendance records, and maintained records for food service

Part-Time Position

• As Head Teacher, entrusted with such Administrative responsibilities as administering the
  in-depth diagnostic evaluation to new students, managing the multiple areas of the tutoring
  center and its teachers, etc.

Administrative Responsibilities as Classroom Management Coach/In School Suspension Facilitator/Principal Intern:

• Served as the disciplinarian and teacher of the In-School Suspension Room
• Informally observed peers and provided feedback as to how to improve classroom management in accordance with the SWBPS
• In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, aided principal in creating schedules, plans, rubrics, professional developments and ordering curriculum; as well as communicated peers' success with aligning curriculum to the Common Core State Standards and adhering to school-wide expectations of displayed samples of student work. In the principal's absence, served as second in command as school leader.
• Also served as PSSA Testing Coordinator; Title Coordinator; School Inventory Management Designee; Big Brothers, Big Sisters School Liaison; and Eagles Bookmobile School Contact.
