Internship

During My graduation, I secured an internship at Analog Labs Hyderabad. one of the leading Pharmaceutical Labs in India. It was a training program on instrumental and chemical analysis and training on HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) UV and Wet analysis.

Projects

Development and validation of spectrophotometric method for the determination of DORAVIRINE in its bulk and Pharmaceutical dosage form., Simple, Specific, Accurate, Precise, and Sensitive spectrophotometric methods have been developed and validated for quantification of doravirine in pure form and pharmaceutical formulations. A method is determined at the absorbance of the compound at 314nm with methanol. Linearity is executed in the concentration range of 5 to 25 ppm. A linear relationship with a good correlation coefficient of 0.999 was monitored between absorbance and corresponding concentrations doravirine in methanol. The limit of detection and the limit of quantification values were determined for the above spectrometric method. This method was validated statistically as per ICH guidelines. The developed method was validated and proved to be precise and accurate and can be successfully employed in routine analysis of doravirine in pharmaceutical dosage form., Team lead (collection of requirements and query writing using SQL)
