- I was hired after a competitive evaluation of exams, interviews amongst a large number of applicants to lead the entire Enterprise Applications division and the digital transformation of the School system to meet the new challenges due to Covid.
- Responsible for the entire LA District’s school systems – manage over 200 Applications not limited to HR, Payroll and Finance.
- Inspire, lead and manage a staff of 185 FTEs and over 100 consultants
- Partner with internal business leaders to understand their business, direction, challenges and identify gaps, set strategy, Cloud Migration, manage multi-million dollar budgets. Saved $1.3 M in my first 2 months while renewing the SAP contract.

Few of the projects I have led are B2C, B2E Online Purchasing, Target Cross-docking, LPFR, VDOE Pricing/ Billing, Order flow time analysis, RFID implementation. Created / modified several plsql stored procedures, functions, forms and reports. Extensive experience implementing Oracle ERP.
- Manage the Order to Cash application which handles sales and billing up to $30 million a day. As Project Manager / Architect for several projects - all completed successfully on time and within budget.

- My role was that of an Architect /Progress DBA, oversee Progress and Oracle development and Crystal Reports. Fully supported the Oracle Financials ERP package. I was the System Administrator for Oracle Applications. Functional lead supporting GL, AP and AR modules. Lead the team of software developers to maintain the various applications on various platforms. Understand the needs of the users, design enhancements and create technical specifications. Ensure, quality work delivered on time. Maintain good morale in the team, do code reviews, design reviews and ensure the mortgage application is up 24x7. Ryland moved their data center from MD to CA in the yr 2000 and lost their whole staff. I was involved in the move, getting the systems up here, building a new team, streamlining their IT needs, installing Progress on the new machines, upgrades and making the ODBC connection for Crystal to both Unifi and Databank databases, etc.
