Maintain QHSE management system documentation in compliance with company policies and state regulations.

• Maintain all QHSE records including QHSE training, inspections, audits, accident investigation/reporting and non-conformities reports

• Assist with the preparation of emergency response plans, procedures and drills

• Help in investigating accidents/incidents and take corrective and preventive actions

• Assist in implementing programs for QHSE Meetings, Audits and Inspections as per QHSE Plan.

• Implement Safe system of work at Rig less locations and Maintaining Safety Equipment.

• Up keeping of Safety Equipment including Detectors, Firefighting system, Safety Shower, First Aid kits, Signs and PPE

• Assist in monitoring and measuring required process and product data.

• Assist in JSA / Risk Assessments / TRIC / STOP.

• Conduct HSE Campaigns/Meetings.

• Assist Supervisors/Operators in implementation of Inspections and Test Plan (ITP)

• Authorize to operate all safety equipment as per OEM specifications.

• Meet assigned Objectives and Targets.

• Comply with all applicable QHSE policies and proceed

• Review of original documents of incoming materials.

• Review and approve in-house inspections/Calibration

• Ensure all the necessary quality records and certifications are retained as per company policy.

Certifications include

• Lifting inspection of offshore containers, Lifting Appliances, Lifting tackles as per BSEN 12079, DNVGL-ST- E271 2.7-1, 2.7-2BSEN 12079, DNVGL-ST-E271 2.7-1, 2.7-2 standards

• Zone 2 certification of Oil field equipment's for use in Hazardous locations

• Non-destructive testing

• Pressure testing

• Measurement equipment calibration

• Communicate and follow up with 3rd party inspectors

• Making of project certification package (QAQC) as per the Client contract /ITP

• Reviewed standard operating procedures against optimal safety standards to verify company conformance and employee adherence with policies.
• Submitting regular reports on QHSE performance.
• Conducting Hazard Identification reviews with Client HSE representatives
• Maintaining an effective incident/accident recording system, including the evaluation of all incident/accident reports.
• Briefing and educating crews on the dangers of working in an H2S environment.
• Ensure crews have adequate training on breathing Apparatus equipment's
• Development and effective implementation for emergency response plans and drills including evacuation, fire, oil spill, H2S, search and rescue and any other required plan or incident scenarios
• Setting up and monitoring of gas detection equipment on onshore locations
• Testing the environment for the presence of H2S gas. Ensure all personnel working in EPF area have individual H2S monitor.
• Ensure that the crews having Self Contained Breathing Apparatus and/or Supplied Air Breathing Apparatus/ Emergency Escape Breathing Apparatus to use in case of emergency scenario.
• Actively Participates in Toolbox/Pre-Job Meetings. Performs onsite hazard/risk assessments & assist on JSA.
• Application of CONTRACTOR & Client HSSE Procedures and Regulations. Identify potential hazards on work activities before work commences.
• Carrying out and analysis of information on injuries, damage, and production loss, assess accident surveys and inspections on a regular basis to ensure that safe working practices are in operation.
• Reviewing any corrective actions recommended eliminating or minimizing incident causes. Supervising the recording trends and reviewing overall safety performances.
• Assisting in the training of employees to promote awareness of incident prevention and damage control.
• Coordinating incident/accident response including first aid, rescue, evacuation, investigation and reporting.
