When I was in high school in my country Venezuela , I was told that by a math teacher that I would fail his math and physic class, firs because I was a woman or girl. the girls were not smart. From that moment I told myself to educate myself and math was my favorite subject. Today, my passion for math as become an instrument to help diverse students. When the Principal of the school send me a student who straggle I see beyond that eyes who need help. Soon that student will not struggles I will be there to help from difficulty of math and make it fun for that student or child. Mathematic is my Passion.

- My work as math tutor at Mojave River Academic Oro Grande School District, is been learning experience for me. Math is one of passionate subject that I like to teach. I had opportunity tu tutor 3th- 12th, 6th to 8th grades basic math pre-algebra. And 9th-12th high school integral Math I, II, III. Usually, I likes to teach students to read and learn math languages. Such as reading step by step visualizing the problem draw the problem, break the problem down and ask questions yourself what they really asking about, etc.
- Every times the school Principal send me a student that failing in math or any other area. I take the student, and I start to talk about what student like to do, what make him or her happy, what is their hobby etc. I do not talk about math because they are scary and does not want to talk about math, therefore I approach deferent way. Then, when they talk about cooking cookies etc, How they measure what measurement they use and now I start to introduce what important is math how they just use math to bake cookies. sometime, they laughs. they would say I do not likes math but now I likes math because I use measurements to measure the ingredients. And cook my cookies and they ended up loving math.
- In my opinion, students learn differently such as visual, kinetic and auditory, therefore as teachers use different strategies and resources to help students understand math concepts. I like group sitting so the leader of the table is force to cooperate with other students. Other resources is to do math is delta math games and it is fun and entertain students as the same time they learning.
- To support students learning and study habits and exam. it is necessary to eliminate distraction, they need to get enough sleep. today world students are coming to school too tired. They can also learn to drink water and do some exercise before studying. ask always questions. The most important do not skip the breakfast. Be always positive. Involve students parents in their progress and test their progress.
