  • Standard Bronchoscopy with lavage, brush, biopsy endobronchial and transbronchial, needle aspirate and Gen-Cut needle, including Cryobiopsy for ILD and via Robotic bronchoscopy.
  • Interventional Bronchoscopy, including Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) with needle aspirate and core Lymph node forceps biopsy, Radial Ultrasound, Navigation Bronchoscopy with Super dimension, Robotic bronchoscopy including both Monarch and ION Bronchoscopy platforms. Special expertise in ION Robotic bronchoscopy. Cone beam CT C Spin-ios for biopsy guidance with Robotic bronchoscopy, Fiducial marker placement, dye marking of nodule/tumor for surgery, US guided biopsy of subcutaneous nodules/masses.
  • Cryoablation of Peripheral lung tumor.
  • Endobronchial debulking procedures: Cryotherapy with cryoprobe and Cryospray, Argon Plasma Coagulator (APC), High Radiofrequency snare polypectomy, electrocautery, Endobronchial stents, Photodynamic Therapy, use of endobronchial blockers and basket for foreign body removal.
  • Thoracentesis including US guided, Chest tube placement, Pleur-X catheter placement, endobronchial valves for Bronchopleural fistula, intra pleural thrombolytics administration, chemical pleurodesis.
  • Critical care procedures including, Endotracheal intubation, Percutaneous tracheostomy, Central line, arterial line, dialysis catheter placement, Zoll Catheter insertion for hypothermia management, thoracentesis, paracentesis, lumbar puncture, Ventilator management, ECMO management, Right heart catheterization (Swan Ganz catheter), bone marrow aspirate.
  • Pulmonary function test and methacholine challenge test interpretation.
