My mission is to provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate and timely account reconciliation and claims resolution for the company and its clients. In current role, I research complicated account invoice discrepancies and handle complex account reconciliations, working with other departments to resolve disputes or inquiries. I also work with customers to provide documentation needed to clear outstanding invoices, deductions, and open credits, and submit requests for credit, refunds, and price corrections, when required. I maintain precise records and documentation of all account interactions and adjustments for internal and external audits. Have significantly reduced the pay cycle lag period and streamlined the billing system.
