- Performs and interprets results of patient scans, spine, femur and distal forearms for adult, geriatric and pediatric patients

- Records unusual positioning details and pertinent information to radiologist

- Performs follow-up scan and comparison bone density measurements utilizing dual energy x-ray absorptiometry

- Performs FRAX assessment using online FRAX calculation tool

- Explains procedure obtaining relevant patient history, involving possible pregnancy screening, verifying removal of artifact producing objects, subjection to medications of procedures that may invalidate scan results, ie. received contrast, prosthetics, surgical hardware, implanted electronic medical devices

- Completes fluoroscopic studies independently BE, UGI, SMBT, and assists Doctor with hysterosalpingraphy and cystograms ect.

- Provide all C-arm techniques, services in OR

- Experience in most CT protocols and conventional Tomography including injection of contrast media, explaining expected side effects

- Experience with reconstructing 3D images on VITREA, heart and venous studies

- Rapidly completes all portable exams, analog and digital, for all trauma and diagnostic exams for Pediatrics, ICU, GMS, ER, OR and recovery

- Independent operation of current and past digital equipment, trouble shooting and equipment failure

- Ensure sterile fields, providing properly placed sterile supplies, anesthetic material and required equipment

- Protects patients and staff with proper shielding, barriers, and collimation

- Calculates lowest dose techniques during exams

- Displays caring customer service, assisting patients with navigation, directions, ambulation, instructions and calms anxiety with upcoming exams

- Schedules all patient exams and procedures, coordinating multiple exams

- Streamlined workflow by efficiently managing patient schedules and accommodating urgent cases when needed.
