Point of contact of an NSSR (Non-Standard Service), Validate Scope and Solution (Technical requests) and Propose and Govern phases of the Project life cycle. Proposal Manger will be aligned by Sub-Region, Will interacts with internal and external Customers in order to work through project receival scope validation, solutioning internal governance, response package submission to client, sign off and handover to Respective organizations. Working as a Point of contact for coordinating UKI Tenders team for Bidding opportunity in public sector domain of UK region.
Responsibilities:
1. Swivels Project requests into the appropriate management system, where needed.
2. Be aware of and provide input to determine whether certain request types could be ordered as a standard service (SSR) through the RGP process.
3. Schedules facilitate and captures information for technical triage calls with the Account team and Technical Requirements Reviews (TRR) with Client Coordinates with solution teams for complete and timely quotes.
4. Creates Customer Response Package based on quotes, for example if it is SAP (Modern ERP) or ITO (Server Management), Coordinating with Respective team for designing the requirement(issue) and finalizing Proposal. Ensure contractual and quality standards are met.
5. Facilitates DXC internal review of Customer Response Package. Provides input to Account Non-GSS resource (AGR) for entering updating and maintaining Opportunity within Salesforce.com and ensuring NSSR/ AGR are aligned.
6. Responsible for obtaining SFDC Opportunity ID for respective projects. Coordinates with O2C for Order Acceptance and Initial Implementation WBSE.
7. Working together with Delivery Lead for delivery of the respective Project and closure. Performs a handoff to a Delivery Lead for delivery and closure after project delivery. Attains a solid understanding of the customer contract. Operates within boundaries of SLA/SLO requirements.
8. Hosting UKI Tenders, working with pursuit managers and offering specialists regarding new opportunities or frameworks which DXC will be able to provide the services and managing that opportunity till submission of offer to Customer.
