I was on my usual 8am to 4pm shift. I was a posted guard at the front entrance where I work. As I was checking the front doors and entrance way, i observed four individuals running from the park. There were two females and two males. The all ran towards the steps. I soon realized they were  fighting. One of the males was being rushed by the two females and the other male. I called for my supervisor and  more assistance. My help arrived. I told the two other guards to lock all three of the front doors. The male that was being rushed had a knife in his possession. He begged me to let him in the facility. I very firmly told him no that he could not enter the building, because he had a knife in his hand,and there are people in the building. this how I got Officer of the Quarter. I maintained the safety of the public in the building.
