  • Manages the functions of the Financial Management section which includes the Cash Management section of the Baton Rouge & New Orleans Fiscal Offices and the Financial Reporting section of the Baton Rouge Fiscal Office. Responsible for hiring new employees, evaluating staff, and training new/existing staff.


  • Responsible for the accounting, appropriation control, grants management and cash management of the department and ensures work is performed in accordance with state and federal guidelines.


  • Reviews and approves journal vouchers, cash monitoring reports, federal draw requests, quarterly CMS 64 reports, reviews LLA requests & responses and IAT invoices. Oversees the audit tracking of contracts for the department.
