· Educate about mental health.

· Teach how to approach someone going through a mental health or substance use crisis.

· Develop coping strategies.

· Advocate for mental health.

· Provide Psychiatric mental health care in the United States of America and Cameroon.

· Raise mental health awareness.

· Renew the minds and transform the lives of internally displaced single parents in Cameroon.

· Diagnose medical problems, formulate plan of care and prescribe appropriate treatment.

· Document physical examination findings and care provided in the patient's medical record.

· Order, schedule, and/or perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures such as urinalysis, PAP smear, pregnancy and blood tests, and X-rays.

· Facilitate consultations with or referrals to other medical professionals or community services.

· Provide patient education on healthy lifestyles, self-examinations, need for follow-up assessment/treatments, medications and other medical or health problems.

· Fulfill critical care roles on Intensive Care Units (MICU, CVICU, SICU, Neuro ICU, and CCU), Medical-Surgical Unit, and neuro telemetry.

· Assist with placement of central line, arterial line, EVD, dialysis catheter, chest tubes, CRRT managements, conscious sedation, administer paralytics and multiple drips titrations.
