Pediatric dental 4 handed dentistry, coronal polishing/pit&fissure sealant application and x-ray imaging. Patient/parent education over oral hygiene. Explanation of different dental procedures due to doctors diagnosis.

• Provides competency-based education while delivering instructions on an online blended/classroom environment
• Taking attendance, submitting grades and following a curriculum which is delivered and displayed for the career that was selected per student

• In charge of ordering of all dental materials, keeping updated records of Licenses for OSHA/HIPPA and First Aid and CPR training and maintaining compliance with TSBDE for Radiation/X-Ray exposure plans
• As well as assisting with 4 handed dentistry

• Instructed students on the overall knowledge of General dentistry, Specialties; ex: Pediatrics, Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, Maxillofacial/Cosmetic, Endodontics and Periodontics
• Sterilization, OSHA, HIPPA and all safety measures to ensure a safe work environment for themselves and others
• Hybrid education with the use of Canvas and Evolve educational resources

• Composite fillings, Alginate impressions, Crown/Bridge, Cerac trained, creating crowns in office for same day delivery
• Extractions, Implant placement/Restoring, Bone graft membrane placement with post-op care instructions

• Instructed students on the overall knowledge of General dentistry, Specialties; ex: Pediatrics, Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, Maxillofacial/Cosmetic, Endodontics and Periodontics

• (Program Chair) duties entailed the assurance of student’s success with completing the DA program and continuing the hands on portion in the field with the skill sets that they were trained upon
• Externship and maintaining the attrition numbers to assure that our students were successful in the field of study

• 4 handed General dentistry with additional training of Invisalign and Orthodontics training/certification
• Composite fillings, Alginate impressions, Crown/Bridge, Extractions, Implant placement/Restoring, Lab cases sent out/checked in and reviewing treatment plans prior to treatment/appointments

• Processed x-ray films, Assisted with 4 handed dentistry from General to Oral surgery, instructed patients with pre-op/post-op care instructions, provided overall health care information and also provided exceptional bed side manners to all patients
