• Revamped fraud detection mechanisms by building a real-time, high-throughput signal router capable of handling 1,000+ fraud alerts per minute. The fully autonomous engine ensured timely and accurate routing of security events to the appropriate response teams, improving operational efficiency.
• Built resilient synthetic monitoring infrastructure for Visa Go — a platform serving over 3 million users during the 2024 Paris Olympics — maintaining 99.99% uptime throughout global peak activity. Delivered tooling with rapid 10-second health checks, automated alert escalation, and seamless integration with enterprise systems like Netcool and Everbridge.
• Automated monitor provisioning by developing a lightweight web tool that allows engineers to generate health checks by simply entering a request number. The app also provides scheduling for maintenance windows, the ability to pause alerting, and built-in reporting capabilities.
