Machine Learning for Heart Disease Detection:( 08/2023 - 12/2023)
Implemented machine learning algorithms to predict heart disease, using CDC's BRFSS data. Focused on accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC for model evaluation., Logistic Regression excelled in accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score (ROC-AUC: 0.79). Random Forest had the best recall (0.83), while SVM showed strong recall (0.78) and precision (0.82)., Analyzed various models with an emphasis on recall. Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and SVM emerged as top choices, balancing high recall with good precision, crucial for early heart disease detection and reducing false negatives.
Identification of Plant Diseases: (01/2022-06/2022)
Prepared a Plant Leaf Disease Classification system, achieving 94.27% accuracy using CNN, ANN, ResNet50, and SVC models. Processed a diverse dataset of corn, potato, and tomato leaves, distinguishing between healthy and diseased states. Outperformed in CNN model efficiency with notable accuracy gains and loss reduction in training datasets. Conducted comparative analysis: CNN surpassed SVC, ANN, and ResNet50 (accuracy range 0.6-0.8).
Insurance Management System: (10/2021- 12/2021)
Spearheaded the creation of a robust database schema for multiple insurance and policy types, resulting in improved data integrity and reduced redundancy. Developed detailed ER Diagram, data dictionary, and implemented advanced SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data manipulation and reporting. Utilized the Faker library for synthetic data generation to facilitate testing and development processes.
