Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Is the Data POC for 3 Geographical locations spanning across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Coordinates various projects across multiple locations by remotely managing data across different locations.
• Introduced new reports to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
• Proactively generated and presented timely WBR, MBR, and QBR reports, instrumental in client review sessions.
• Created FMEA document for Workflows across GDfA.
• Provided support in data consolidation and report preparation for the GDfA team, liaising efficiently with internal teams to ensure data availability within deadlines.
• Acted as a key contributor, devising PLX scripts for workflows, enabling precise tracking.

Project - LTO - Operations

Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Led the Hotel amenities workflow, ensuring smooth operations.
• Automated LE data management resulting faster feedback for associates.
• Handled Qc Team.
• Performed RCA
• Introduced Mentor-Mentee program in LE workflow to mitigate errors.

Project 1: LPM (Local Photo Moderation)

Where we carry on relevant images for Google search engine and removes non relevant images for the search.

Major challenges are to identify the relevant images.

Project 2: SVCR

Where we maintain private information not to visible in search engine, like we blur images or data which is private and requested to kept confidential.
