Responsible for Filtration business unit's Manufacturing and Quality IT functions and site support for manufacturing sites globally.

• Spearheaded ERP program to stand up global ERP instance for Filtration business consolidating regional ERP systems, helping to deliver standardized processes, improved data availability and recurring cost savings of around $0.6 M/Year.
• Partnered closely with business leaders and guided team in defining system strategies for business needs in Manufacturing and Quality space. Successfully rolled out capabilities in Ignition SCADA platform improving operational efficiencies by resolving quality and safety issues in manufacturing processes.
• Responsible for Manufacturing and Quality BU IT teams globally and liaison to manufacturing and Quality leadership teams and plant managers for all their IT needs and strategy work.

As technical leader for Oracle ERP, lead Oracle team distributed across global sites managing transformation and change projects in Oracle space.

• Worked extensively to define R12 upgrade and ERP instance consolidation strategy.
• Coached and guided team to successfully execute program rollouts delivering significant cost savings and process efficiencies within budget.
• Responsible for rolling out around 350 CNI's modifications, 25+ integration points, 12C DB upgrade and validation of hundreds of test scenarios as part of ERP consolidation program.
• End-to-End responsibility of Oracle department from AOP, people management, vendor management and delivery perspective. Technical owner of all Oracle instances from maintenance and production support perspective working with GPV teams.
• Defined sustainable release management process that takes care of business priorities optimally and able to deliver 100+ major enhancements through this process delivering significant business capabilities.

Lead IT support transition from In-house team to Infosys team for Oracle ERP systems starting from defining transition process, execution, validation and final transition of responsibilities. Key highlights from this role were:

• Built high performing team with right skills and developed them to perform independently in very short time line.
• Lead AS-IS solution analysis identifying risks, solution gaps and documentation needs for 8 ERP modules around Supply Chain and Financials.
• As key IT stakeholder, part of PMO team that defined transition strategy, validation approach and production takeover process.

As account manager and project manager, had complete end-to-end responsibility of delivery, cost and performance of large portfolio of projects for multiple Hi-Tech manufacturing clients.

• Established distributed team to deliver functional and technical solutions addressing client needs for supply chain modules as part of ERP R12 transformation program.
• Program managed 11i to R12 upgrade of pan European Oracle EBS instance followed by IFRS implementation. Successfully utilized Infosys ERP Upgrade methodology and home grown tools to review 1000+ custom components and modifications for 400+ components to make those R12 compatible.
• Designed and developed business critical interfaces between customer portal and Oracle EBS instance.

Started career with Oracle India in their Support organization serving customers worldwide in Oracle Languages and EBS Financials space. Some of the major responsibilities in this role are

• Provided SME reviews and data fixes for multiple complex bugs and issues detected in Fixed Assets module and Oracle Programming languages (PL/SQL, Pro*c and Pro*COBOL)
• Worked closely with FA and programming languages product development teams to review new capabilities and provide feedback before being released to customers.
• Created 50+ technical documents in Oracle Metalink on Fixed Assets and Programming languages.
