Providing Technical Support for the offshore team to work on the functional requirement Scheduling sessions with Offshore to make sure the requirements are done as per the request and doing some corrections (if required) Delivering the completed requirement to the client on time and with quality. Any discrepancy is again captured in JIRA and worked on to make sure it is up to the satisfaction of the client and taking it to a closure The code management is done using SVN. The delivered code is checked in to appropriate section of the repository and making sure there are no conflicts with other Networks (which is being worked by the client IT team) Deploying the code in different environment like staging, QA and production Managed a team of 18+ offshore developers for both the projects Managed the QA team of 10+ resources. Involved in Test Case estimates and reviews.
