  • Manage Tax Compliance & Tax laws obligation related functionalities of all the Seller/Partner Personas of multiple countries through trust and safety checks using DnB (Dun and Bradstreet for Global Sellers) integration and TIN Check integration (for US Sellers) to mitigate payment risk
  • Manage Payment Risk track to detect fraud patterns based on various Payment risk ML models to prevent negative balance on business on a weekly basis
  • Hired and managing team of 25 engineers from scratch across multiple levels and onboard them into various functional areas of my ownership in Walmart Marketplace charter.

  • Greedy to make operations more cost effective. Ensure utilization of the cloud infrastructure is optimal based on the application traffic expectations during design phase to keep cloud budget always in control. This helps us maintain cloud budget at 60%-75% for annual cycle compared to 150% spend across the org.
  • Built underutilization alerting and reports for all infrastructure to leadership board to give visibility of operating cost of the applications for the weekly cycle
  • Ensure proper on call and L2 support process in place for immediate attention of any P0/P1 alerts
