Management of bedside procedures, intubated patients, medications, chest tubes, wounds, dressings, surgical sites, peripheral and central lines, drains and tubes. Collaboration with colleagues, physicians, residents and axillary staff to plan, provide and coordinate best patient care and outcomes. Charge RN: progressive care cardiac 28 bed unit. Duties of leading, assigning, collaborating, coordinating, educating and promoting exceptional care and advocacy to our patients along with nursing colleagues. Precepting new nurses, students, traveling and recently hired nursing staff.
