  • Screened 1600+ abstracts & full-texts and shortlisted studies for the review on PubMed, Medline, and Embase databases for nephrology publications.
  • Analyzed biases and performed risk-of-bias assessment for each study. Built and summarized the extracted data in the form of evidence tables, submitted to update current kidney disease management global guidelines to clients.

Secondary data analysis to determine association of socioeconomic factors with development of hypertension.

  • Identified 10+ dependent variables such as education levels, monthly income, ethnicity, etc., cleaned data to remove outliers and missing values for 3000 participants data from Nepal.
  • Performed exploratory data analysis and multiple correspondence analysis for dimensionality reduction to calculate asset based measure. Performing logistic regression analysis to determine results.
