Worked on progressive care unit and med surg tele with a 4:1 ratio with high level acuity of care. Many of the patients were on cardiac as well as heparin drips. Care was provided to medically ill patients as well as acutely ill postoperative patients.

• Worked on IMCU floor caring for very high acuity level patients. The ratio was 4:1 and the span of illnesses were from endocrine, respiratory, cardiovascular, urological and psychiatric

• Worked in progressive care telemetry unit and med surg telemetry unit with a 4:1 ratio with patients with varying levels of acuity. Many patients in DKA, severe COPD with pneumonia, CHF, cardiac emergencies.

• I worked at St Agnes Memorial center in the ICU which was composed of 4 separate units,
• Cared for critically ill patients including COVID, pneumonia, sepsis, stemi's, GI emergencies, as well as complicated post-op surgeries. The ratio was 2:1

• cared for critically ill patients in the ICU with a ratio of 2:1 and floated to IMCU with a ratio of 4:1 caring for patients with COVID and other multiple illnesses.

• St Agnes Memorial Hospital
• Worked in the ICU which was the same facility I was at from January-march of this year. Very high acuity level of this patient population.

• I worked at st Davids Medical Center in the ICU and I primarily cared for COVID patients as this was when the delta variant was quite prevalent. All of these patients were vented and on multiple drips. Many were very young. The death rate was very high. This was a really sad time in my career. I looked forward to IMCU.

• I worked at George Washington University Hospital in the IMCU department.

• I worked in a neuro ICU unit caring for critically ill postoperative neurological patients as well as COVID patients. The ratio was 2:1, sometimes 1:1.
