- When I had got hired at Old Navy I was very excited because I love clothes and shopping. I had been shopping at Old Navy since I was a little girl because of my grandmother. I really enjoyed being able to experience working in the retail industry. I was always asking customers if they needed help finding anything, I was always communicating with the customers. I also really enjoyed working on the cash register since it made me communicate better with the customers, it made my communication skills more advanced.
