I have worked as a Decennial Census Enumerator since 1990 (1990, 2000, 2010). I was actually hired again in 2020; but I didn't get to start because of COVID. The hours were always good. I worked afternoons and weekends which allowed me to work my full-time job and work this job part-time. The extra money helped me a lot; but I have to admit, this job really didn't feel like work because I got to work locally interviewing people that I knew-which was good; but I also got a chance to meet a lot of interesting people that I didn't know and yet we all live within twenty miles of each other. This a great experience for me.
