I build the coalitions, content, and experiences that turn skeptical institutions into confident adopters of emerging technology and policy. At Coinbase, I launched a government-facing partnerships function from zero — building deep trust with Congressional caucuses and national nonprofits, and translating complex technology into accessible content that moved legislation and changed attitudes. I am an early adopter of emerging technology — the same way I was early to crypto before it was mainstream. I use AI regularly in how I research, write, communicate, plan, and build. I understand technology not as a novelty but as infrastructure, and I know what it takes to help organizations move the policy needle.
Built Coinbase's Policy Partnerships function from zero — designing coalition strategy and content systems, that connected policy leaders, academia, nonprofits, and industry allies to advance responsible technology policy at scale.
