I have 8+ years of Line operator / warehouse experience in the chemical/ Beauty and health supply and Pharmacy environment. Responsibility included running and maintaining production line ensuring product was consistent throughout the run. I also inspected the packaging for misprint and imperfections ensure all packaging meet company spec. Responsible for line start at the beginning of run and line clearance at the end of runs ensuring all material was correct for the current run. Inspected pails and bottles before placing them in production looking for potential leaks and damaged item reducing the potential of rework or downtime. Analyzed belts, line fillers, hoses, palletizers and all manufacturing equipment informing my management team of any potential issues that might arise , routinely check date code insuring the print and date are correct and legible.
