  • Currently at Bluffdale Elementary, overseeing school-wide student behavior and classroom management. Also implementing school-wide PBIS, student of the month, writing a monthly article for Bluffdale Times, and working with the head principal on all things hiring and teacher discipline.
  • Implemented math RTI at Oakcrest Elementary, including creating common assessments, grades 1-6.
  • Created an ML position, working with ML students and families, partnering with the PTA, and helping families to provide needed services and resources.
