Maintain constant contact with County Probation and State Parole to ensure parole documents are complete to meet departmental and parole deadlines. Process Sex/Arson registrations, Notice of Release and Victim Witness forms. Prepare weekly parole, NVSS Releases & BPH Lifers granted parole files for analyst/supervisors to process releases. Create various weekly logs independently for logging and tracking. Maintain confidential files updated with current release dates. Assigned to lead parole coordinator and train new staff as required to follow departmental regulations.
Board of Parole Hearing Coordinator- Schedule inmates for upcoming BPH appointments, psych evaluations and attorney visits. Create Ducats, Calendars using State Proceeding Calendars.
