- - I Have been working for Lacerta Group Inc for 20 years now. In these 20 years in evolved in many different ways. I started off as a picker packer and double checking if any product had any malfunction. Shortly after I was the first Quality control lead For the company running for almost 12 years right after.
- I was promoted to Production coordinator for 5 years in the first 2 years my job consisted on double checking the statues of each article being produced checking if it meets the companies standards, measurements and undergoing the safety protocols for the articles, As well as being in charge of coordinating daily floor production schedules.
During this time there was a change being made in the administrative side which lead to there being someone in charge of that
- Inspected quality of products, taking note of functionality, appearance and other specifications.
- Inspected incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality.
- Reported repeated issues to supervisors and other departments, collaborating to identify issue roots and rectify problems.
