· Organizes and leads youth activities for ages 3-17 years, in designated activity centers, assigned areas and throughout the vessel
· Communicates with guests in a tactful and courteous manner to generate a high level of comfort
· Participates in embarkation procedures by disseminating information regarding Adventure Ocean programs, youth evacuation plan, and directing and escorting guests to staterooms
· Assists the Youth Activities Manager in planning, organizing and implementing entertaining and educational programs for all ages between 3-17 years
· May participate in a variety of activities associated with Shore excursions, Cruise Programs and/or the Sports deck
· Responsible for the supervision and control of all Child Care Centre operation and for implementing any of the scheduled children activities
· Responsible for doing child care staff’s schedule, weekly and financial reports of youth activities
· Assists the Assistant Cruise Director in planning, organizing, selling and implementing any of the scheduled social, entertainment, sports, recreational, theatrical and craft programs/activities
· Responsible for welcoming guests, promoting of youth and entertainment activities
· Assists patients, customers, and guests with their inquiries and takes the initiative in addressing the concern.
· Keen problem solver with a unique ability to think on their feet and self-starters who are comfortable taking the initiative
· Responsible for preparing, typing and collating weekly patient reports
· Manages patient databases, minutes of the meeting taker
· Delivers quality patient care and safety in any situation throughout the medical center whether self initiated or directed
· Prepares and plan itineraries in accordance with weather forecasts and length of each tour.
· Greets, welcomes and informs guests about the itinerary of each tour enthusiastically.
· Planning alternate activities in the event of cancelations and closures, which prohibits from attending scheduled tours.
