Outbound Ship Dock- As a current Amazon Associate, duties in Ship Dock include inducting shipments into containers and virtually creating/ closing containers. Other duties are problem solving in ship dock by collecting and processing problem solve units.

Vender Returns-Process Guide for Vender Returns and duties were staffing associates every meeting, contacting vendors by email, preparing liquidation, donation,and recycle pickups. Other duties were contacting local carriers for LTL doing manifests for every 24 pallet load.Also working with Tom Team for trailer docking of our carriers, processing liquidation, tote wrangle and problem solving.

Flex Dispatcher-Dispatcher of Flex routes to drivers for customer delivery. Maintained efficienct work environment between associates and drivers. Assist in any app issues or driver complaints/issues.After end of shift daily reports are sent to Leadership.

Pack Singles Packer-Meeting rate of 240 and above packing small single items.

ICQA Counter -Meeting required rate and counting and scanning items.
