  • As the in-house vegan pastry chef and sous-chef, I was responsible for designing and executing our fresh, refined sugar free dessert menu, which featured over six desert options.
  • I also created innovative vegan dishes that highlighted locally sourced, seasonal, farm to table fruits and vegetables, ensuring the menu aligned with sustainable and clean food principles.
  • I was responsible for doing and overseeing the prep work for the entire restaurant and training new employees to ensure they followed our best practices.
