- Created a Travel & Expense program from the ground up for a divestiture/spin-off and drafted/executed a change management plan
- Led project management of a cross-functional initiative to implement a new bonus sourcing methodology for a large Tech company and rolled out related change management communications
- Created materials for and co-facilitated workshops to help client stakeholders identify pain points and go-forward strategies for their Mobility program
- Teamed with cross-functional stakeholders to create a change management roadmap for the roll out of a recently merged entity's new Mobility technology, and executed roadmap activities including hosting a webinar, creating guidebooks, and sending communications
