I used to play Trumpet for 7 years. I was in the high school marching band, and I was on the leadership team. I conducted the band and made sure they were on their best behavior. I also made sure that they were having fun as well. I was also in the chorus and I was on the leadership for that as well. I was the event coordinator for the chorus which meant I had to organize and plan fun dates to get people more involved with the choir. I did Musical theatre in my Junior and Senior years in high school. Junior year we did, Mamma Mia the Musical, in which I played Tanya. In my senior year, we did The Little Mermaid, in which I played Ariel. I want to become a music educator because I love music and I love working with kids.
