  • The role I played was a deep cleaner.
  • My co-worker and I would deep clean house that called her to clean and arrive on time in order to stay alongside with the agreement.
  • We would schedule them by appointment and when they reached to an agreement and choose date we would go in and deep clean unfurnished and furnished trailers, houses, offices, mobile homes or apartments.
  • If necessary and ask by the customer we would organize and facilitate supplies in designated facility areas. We would dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, remove hard stain (if not notify the customer), notify them or deficiencies or repairs required.
  • We would do it all from scrubbing walls, clean vents, clean ceiling fans/vents, restroom cleaning, remove the trash, place items where they belong and any other necessities the customer specifically asked for.
  • If we happen to noticed a certain task needed our attention we then communicated it with our customers, if the customer would like for it to be done and gave us the green light, we would get right to it.
  • Slid beds, sofas, and other furniture aside to wipe down baseboards and remove dust and dirt from hard-to-reach areas.
  • Disposed of trash and recyclables each day to avoid waste buildup.
  • Used chemicals by following safety protocols and procedures to avoid burns and injuries.

  • The role I played was a cashier, or retail cashier.
  • Things I would consider on a daily basis are: Communicated with customers and team members to solve problems. Interpreted and enforced operating instructions, procedures and safety rules. As well as monitored areas for security issues and safety hazards.
  • Arrive 10 minutes earlier to the time I was assigned to go in for, incase there is traffic or something comes up.
  • Count the money in the cash box, record it and get everything ready to record the transactions coming up.
  • As well as making sure our card system was charged and ready to go and make sure their is paper for the receipts.
  • As customers arrive, I greet them with a good morning or good afternoon (depending what time of the day it is).
  • They decide what foods they would like to consume, I write it down along with the price, add it all up if its more than 1 item.
  • If they pay with cash, write down CASH and give their receipt and change as needed.
  • If they pay with card, unlock the machine, type the item or items bought and put it in the card machine, after that I ask them to answer the TIP (Options are: NO. TIP, 5% TIP, 10% TIP, 15% TIP or CHOOSE OWN AMOUNT), they confirm the amount shown, then I ask them to inset swipe or tap in order to make the payment.
  • After a receipt will come up and that'll be proof that the payment went through.
  • In the book I write down the foods wanted, their is a number, I hand it to them and let them know when we call this number, it means your food is ready then thank them for their business.
  • I place the ticket on a rack in order for them to start preparing the items bought by the customers.
  • Once the food is ready I wash my hands thoroughly, I also make sure the container contains what the customer asked for as well as making sure if they didn't ask for certain items in their meals, make sure it doesn't contain it.
  • All plates come with a salsa and jalapenos side unless not asked for, I make sure all plates have these two sides.
  • I then get a plastic bag, place item or items in the bag, make sure their is a utensils package (has fork, knife, spoon, salt and pepper) for every meal as well as a napkin for each item.
  • Close the bag up, check the number then call out the number, customer shows me the number if it is the number I called out, I then hand them their order, smile and say "Its our pleasure to serve you. Thank you for being patient! I hope you enjoy your food!" After completing my day, I calculate the total amount made in that day, ADD up the cash and card transactions and make sure that's the total amount I have in cash PLUS card transactions. Record that, give it the the boss.
  • Clean and disinfect in order to leave everything ready for the following day.

Teller Specialist

I choose to add Teller Specialist as I recently just got the teller mobile specialist a couple months ago.

  • Arrive at designated time with designated opener.
  • Follow protocol prior to opening bank and ensure both mine and co-workers safety is implement prior to opening to the full team arriving.
  • Once inside make sure no tampering or force of entry is visible. Follow procedures and protocols as needed. This includes on a daily basis as well as situations.
  • Through out the day their is daily tasks to be completed. Night drop, post verified business deposits, insert cash into both recyclers as well as other things but most important put our customers at center of everything we do.
  • Putting our customers at the center of what we do is to be very transparent, sympathetic, informative, trust worthy and have communication skills to do our very best to keep our customers satisfied.
  • In our daily tasks I disburse cash, checks, cashiers checks, money orders as well as personal information accurately while safely maintaining security of cash drawers while being stationary or few feet's away.
  • As completing transactions through both the drive thru and the lobby depending where you are stationed. I like and enjoy engaging in personal conversations in order to follow up with financial conversations and build and establish trust that may result in optimize sales opportunities resulting in quality customer service for the correct team member to reach out and further more and personalize the visit.
  • Depending on the customers personal needs I answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, services charges, and interest rates as applicable. I usually build a strong enough relationship with many customers that turns me into their primary teller to come pay a visit for assistance with account maintenance as well as transaction done at the bank as I am familiar with their previous visits.
  • Educated customers on use of banking website and mobile apps. If we can save them a trip to the bank and help facilitate their daily banking needs then why not teach them? I currently hold the mobile specialist at my current location for the tellers, we give the customers the facility to have many of their banking needs at their finger tips. Even conduct demos and walk throughs to educate and highlight features offered to them through the application for positive outcomes as well as redirect objections and turn them into positive aspects.
  • On a daily basis banks change therefore I maintain an in-depth knowledge of bank products and services to provide appropriate recommendations to customers on a daily basis.
  • Maintained friendly and professional customer interactions. Going above and beyond for both my co-workers and customers in order to keep our customers content.
  • Created inviting environment for customers by maintaining store organization and cleanliness and always greeting our customers once they enter our building in order to let them know we notice them.
  • Completed highly accurate, high-volume money counts via both manual and machine-driven approaches. In result of this, balancing on a daily basis with minimum to no losses for end of day daily balancing.
  • Follow procedures and safety guidelines in order to properly close the bank and the end of the day or weekend.
