The safety champion program gave me the opportunity to become an extension of safety for Radial while conducting day to day operations.

  • Created layout and remodeled facility entrance to adhere to COVID-19 response protocols.
  • Streamlined associate entrance to decrease wait time during peak seasons.
  • Initiated Safety programs across the facility ranging from, LOTO, Near Miss Reporting, and Incident Reporting.

Continuous Improvement (CI) Champion - Rialto 3 (2021-2022)

  • Managed the CI Initiative tracker and met with leaders to track and report out progress of completion on initiatives.
