- Meet with Executive Officers when needed to keep house running efficiently.
- Establish contact with local inspection agencies and ensure inspections are current.
- Maintain positive relationships with Food Services and kitchen staff facilitating changes when necessary. Coordinate meetings between residents and food services each semester to assure residents are satisfied with menu and quality of meals
- Oversee house cleaning staff. Assign any additional tasks with special events.
- Assist Parent's Club and the appropriate Chapter Chair with planning events.
- Assist Housing Board President and Treasurer with tasks, maintaining records of rent and all required reports.
