I currently have almost 15 years dedicated to serving our community in a variety of areas with the Department of Human Services. Possess a strong understanding of Early Child Hood Development and its importance and everyday role in Oklahoma Child Care Programs. As well as a history with the Department of Human Services and our role in supporting communities and families by upholding standards in safety and education. My experience in human resources and business management and administrative duties have only been fostered and expanded upon during my time with DHS including employee reports and staffing forms, employee orientation, safety, and training. The ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions and to help evaluate and maintain safety. Superior communication written and verbal skills to effectively interact with all people involved in the organization. I believe that my past experience and lifestyle have given me knowledge of business and agriculture and their importance in our society, common sense, and a genuine and strong work ethic as well as an ability to adjust and communicate effectively to a diverse set of individuals and team members that we serve in our area.
