  • As an Endo Coordinator my duties are to schedule the doctors’ procedures. Make sure the schedule was coordinated correctly. Worked on time approvals, tardies and kept up with nurse’s folders, new hire paperwork. I assisted the Nursing Manager and helped her with tracers and excel documents. I placed work orders for the nurses. Ordered supplies and kept the office area organized with documents that were needed. When nurses need my help with documents I would assist them. There were many times I would work from home and would complete and fulfill my job the same way. I would work closely with the Pas nurses and Waco Gastro facility to make sure the schedule was correct. I organized schedules with anesthesia and radiology to make sure everyone would be available for the scheduled procedures. I called patients to verify their arrival times. I kept up with numbers of daily cases for the month on excel. I would speak to patients and confirm their procedure times. Gathered all the history patient documents for their procedure the day before. I would go over with the patients procedure information.
