Managing insurance claims directly with catastrophe claims/independent/office and field claim Adjusters on supplements for Insurance claims. Create Insurance claim estimates to submit to insurance for approval.  Creating credibility with insurance companies. Work with Production on scheduling out jobs. Order out jobs to Sub-Contractors. Account management. Process new job orders and order Measurement requests. Communicate with homeowners on project questions/concerns. Pull Aging reports to monitor job progress and assist office staff on job productivity for 700+jobs a year.  Work with City building officials on code requirements. Communicate with Insurance Commissioners as needed.
