Title: Attorney At Law. Victoria grew up in the Bay Area where she studied the performing arts. By the age of 19, she moved to New York City to pursue her dreams to become a professional dancer. It was then that she learned mental toughness through the discipline of the artform, ballet, jazz and modern dance. Victoria did take to the stage and ended up in Las Vegas performing as a Copa Girl. Victoria has always had ambition and determination and comes from a family of Stanford Graduates (her late father, her uncle, as well as her Aunt Beth and her mother, Barbara Clemans, who graduated valedictorian from Stanford.) Although she hasn't had an easy life, Victoria has made her way to becoming a real trial lawyer, perhaps from having a rough start. She transitioned into the practice of law while working for Theodore Cohen, (her mentor) who talked her into going to law school. Victoria has fought for people for the past 20+ years and "goes to the matt" (a quote from her favorite bondsman) for people. Covid changed the complexion of her long standing term at the bar panel and that is when she transitioned back to her roots in Personal Injury. As the middle child, Victoria is "Switzerland" and is sometimes too kind. She has learned in law not to be pushed around. "If you can't stand up for yourself, you certainly can't stand up for others," as Victoria likes to put it. She understands teamwork, hard work and Corporate structures. Victoria remains teachable, enthusiastic and curious about life and the practice of law. Victoria brings her life experience into her practice and this has served her tremendously.

I was bullied as a child in middle school at Sacred Heart in San Francisco. That put me through a lot and I found that during the years that I was raising my niece (from when she was a10 to 21 years of age,) that I really could not tolerate bullying in any form or fashion. I met with teachers, police and parents to resolve the on-going problem that Allison had with being bullied due to her weight. She is now a college graduate and is thinner than me!
