Accomplishments

During my 30+years Office and manufacturing positions I have work in the HR role including but not limited to hiring, I9 Onboarding, setting up new hires, payroll. Client contacts, onsite meeting. Production planning, New hire Orientations safety walk through, set up in time clock counseling, or meet with the associates ,termination.

When I hire someone I am honest with them about what is expected. I find that keeping in touch as they work, if they have to be ended then in most cases you both know why. This makes it so much better for the company.
