Summary

I am a Pediatric Nurse with 12 years of experience at USA Children's and Women's Hospital in the pediatric department caring for a range of pediatric patients: surgical, oncology, hematology, and general. During my time here, I have been in direct patient care, serve as a regular Charge nurse for Dayshift and filled in on Nightshift during that time of my career, a temporary Unit Educator, and serve as a Champion for multiple teams, such as Cerner Documentation, PICC Care, and Wound Care. Having worked through different levels of the Pediatric System, I have worked with multiple members of the Leadership Team at USA C&W from my own department and a variety of others; and I would love to work along side them in a different capacity to help improve the flow and morale of our current staff. The pediatric population is where my heart lies. I would relish the opportunity to share that love with new employees and leadership to make an even stronger pediatric unit.
