RN transferred to Radiation Oncology: Direct patient care, assessments, documentation, medication administration, assist physician with procedures, patient education and follow up care. Collaborate with physicians to discuss diagnoses and plan of care while working with other team members organizing, coordinating various therapies and procedures. Communicating with patient, family, healthcare and interdisciplinary team with implementing plan of care. Facilitating in resolving conflict in patient's and family understanding of treatment plan to progress toward reaching established goals of care.

• R.N. on Medical Oncology floor: primary and team patient care, including initial assessments, daily living needs, social/emotional needs, patient education and pain management. Experience with IV drug administration, including Chemotherapy drugs, morphine drips, PCA pumps; central venous catheters, including accessing port-a catheters and maintenance, insertion of NG tubes and maintenance. Assist MDs with bone marrow biopsies, chest tube insertion, cental venous catheter insertion and other procedures as required.

• L.P.N on Orthopedics, Urology, Surgical nursing floors: Enhanced skills to Advanced L.P.N. to cover central lines, IV med/administration, catheter care & trach care, traction, cast and micro-surgery (hand) assessments. Floated to Medical, Surgical and Oncology floors and relief staff in Radiology and Endoscopy departments

Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide: Worked at various Nursing Homes in area and in Home Health Care, private duty.

• Certified Nursing Assistant: responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, I/O records and assisting R.N. and L.P. N. as required.
