As of today I am an independent contactor, I am in contract with delivery company's such as Uber Eats/Door Dash/Grub Hub/Walmart and Roadie to deliver products, food and groceries. Some of my primary responsibilities include:

- deliver orders while complying with Delivery company's customer service and food hygiene polices.

-Using Door Dash/Uber/Grub Hub/Roadie and Walmart Apps to set availability, accept deliveries and locate customers.

-Maintained a 100% delivery completion with good rating for customer service.

-Drive safely and comply with with all road rules and regulations.

-Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle and deliver them undamaged.

I used to be the sole proprietor of my business, and I would deliver products from shop to shop in my delivery van. I was solely responsible for establishing the company's short and long-term goals and objectives. Some of my daily responsibilities included:

- Identifying customer needs and demands
- Marketing my products to various people
- Explaining products to customers and asking questions to determine the right product for them
- Processing customer orders by delivering them from shop to shop
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving customer complaints
- Keeping proper records of my sales and purchases

As a warehouse Manager of Costco I used to handle day to day operations of the warehouse. Some of my major roles included:

-serve, merchandize and provide great customer service.

-Organizing deliveries, storage and despatch of goods in the warehouse.

-Supervise delivery of goods in the warehouse and ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and are despatched efficiently to customers.

-improve inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

-Analyze shipment logs.
