  • Assisted the China-Ford vehicle engineering and leadership teams with launch of the platform in local market.
  • Prepared and evaluated vehicles through multi-day / multi-city R202 and PVP drive events as attribute advisor.

Suspension Design & Release Engineer – Super Duty

  • Held global product design and release (D&R) responsibility for the 2017+ Ford Super Duty front suspension system.
  • Component ownership included the front radius arms (4x4 & 4x2 drivetrain complexity), lateral track bars and track bar frame bracket, load jounce bumpers and brackets, Twin-I-Beams & brackets, and all accompanying fasteners and hardware.
  • Assertiveness within the role led to an additional 10% weight reduction of each the left and right radius arms which were considered to be a serial-optimized (25+ year old design) component.
