Anticipated (Staff position): Enhance Freshman experience through structured mentorship, offering guidance on academic and personal affairs. Help foster strong relationships between the freshmen and build connections outside the organization.

As Captain of both the Track and Field and the Cross-Country Team, I gathered many French students to join the predominantly American teams. My leadership and performance inspired numerous young athletes, many of whom have since surpassed my own abilities. Furthermore, through occasional workout takeovers, I cultivated a mentality of self-challenge and friendship within the team which can still be witnessed today.

Engaged in mentorship with experienced professionals, providing support in problem-solving initiatives. Facilitated discussions with engineers from varied backgrounds, gaining valuable insights into their daily roles and responsibilities.
